12-YEAR-OLDS B TOURNAMENT
REGISTRATION FORM

You are submitting a registration to participate in the 12-Year-olds B-Team Tournament. When submitting the Team Registration Form, it will be received in a "Pending" status. You will receive an acknowledgment email for your records.

IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE THE EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGMENT WITHIN A FEW MINUTES, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. IT IS BEST TO ADD administrator@floridababeruth.com TO YOUR ADDRESS BOOK OR WHITE LIST).

Please make payment of the tournament fee as instructed immediately upon receipt of the acknowledgment email. Your prompt payment of the tournament fee is essential since teams are certified for the tournament on a first-paid basis (the tie-breaker is the "first-registered" date and time).

REGISTER ONE TEAM AT A TIME -- SUBMIT A SEPARATE TEAM REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH ADDITIONAL TEAM. REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT IS DUE AT REGISTRATION. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS IN YOUR REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT EMAIL.
